The food here was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful!

the location was marvellous, at a medium distance from lewes priory park. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a private safe, a minibar, and central heating inside the room. there was free wi-fi in all rooms and the service in general was good.

Spending Xmas in the Alps was amazing! the natural light and environmentally conscious design of the hotel made it feel Scandinavian and modern. the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and great hiking trails nearby. I also appreciated the attentive and nice staff, and the bubbling river next to the hotel added a nice touch.

the lack of an instruction pack in the room was a problem since I didn't know what was available.

This hotel's fantastic view of the natural environment gave me a great Scandinavian feeling.

The hotel felt deserted and common areas lacked activities. It was difficult to find open restaurants in the town and staff didn't provide us with activity suggestions, forcing us to search for our own hikes.

The hotel's natural light and Scandinavian style decor are beautiful. the spacious rooms and public areas with fireplaces and couches are inviting. the view of the mountains and the bubbling river make for a fantastic location.

The staff seems inexperienced which results in indifferent and arrogant behavior.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! the interior design is stunning, with a mix of Scandinavian and Alpine elements, and there's an abundance of natural light. the public spaces are spacious and comfortable, with cozy fireplaces and lots of plush couches to lounge on. We were very impressed with the service - the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and they fulfilled our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities. the wellness area was particularly impressive, with a wide range of treatments on offer, and the sun terrace with its heated swimming pool and sun loungers was the perfect place to unwind.

While we found this hotel to be overall very impressive, there was one minor issue worth mentioning. the breakfast service was a bit too focused on flashy presentation, and we worried about potential waste.

Lovely setting with fabulous views, comfortable beds, great bathroom, eco ethos, feast breakfast.
